FLOOR MANAGER @ BARÇA AMSTERDAM

What will you do?
You are the main point of contact on the floor and ensure everything runs smoothly.
You motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent service.
You make sure our guests have an unforgettable experience and want to come back.
You contribute ideas for improving service and operations.
You work closely with management to make Barça even more successful.
What do we offer?
Salary: €2,700 gross per month
Bonus scheme: Profit sharing and annual bonus
One-time signing bonus: €2,700 gross upon completing the calendar year
25 vacation days per year
(Inter)national team outings
Option for travel allowance or a business parking permit
Who are you?
You have experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry.
You have a strong passion for hospitality and guest experience.
You are a natural motivator and know how to lead a team.
You are hands-on and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
You have a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
You are available 4 to 5 days per week (38 hours per week).
